Meridian Behavioral Health Services Inc., located in the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina, is a not-for-profit organization that provides a comprehensive array of outpatient, school-based and residential mental health and substance abuse services to children and adults. Meridian was incorporated in November of 2001 and is governed by all volunteer Board of Directors.
