Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) - ACTT

Location: Haywood County and Cherokee County

Description
Two (2) positions. Within the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) program, the Qualified Professional is responsible for carrying out a wide range of rehabilitation and support functions designed to meet recipient needs in any of the following areas: clinical; physical health; financial; social; educational; vocational; residential; community; personal care; independent living; leisure; transportation. In addition to providing direct skill-building, support and rehabilitation interventions, the ACTT Qualified Professional is one of the team members responsible for the development and implementation of the Person Centered Plan.

Qualifications
Must have mental health degree and two years of experience working with adults with mental illness. Experience in Vocational Rehabilitation preferred.

Requirements
Post offer/pre-employment drug testing. Annual TB skin test. Criminal background check. Valid drivers license.

Salary
Commensurate with education and experience.
